The spring season runs early April through early June. The summer season runs early June through July.

Our fall season is generally limited, but we will offer teams when possible.
HS BB & SB Preseason Workouts
Preseason hitting, throwing, and fielding for high school baseball and softball players. Sessions will be held at the Frederick Gunn School. Here are preliminary dates and times:
